General Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Cusco, 5 PM orientation and welcome dinner (3400 m.a.s.l)
Day 2: Explore Cusco, evening free time (3400 m.a.s.l)
Day 3: Travel to Sacred Valley, first volunteer day (2972 m.a.s.l)
Day 4: Volunteer day (Sacred Valley - 2972 m.a.s.l)
Day 5: Volunteer day (Sacred Valley -2972 m.a.s.l)
Day 6: Rest, prepare for trekking, free time in Cusco (3400 m.a.s.l)
Day 7: Trekking Day 1: Soraypampa – Humantay lagoon – Salkantay pampa - Ichupata (3,800 - 4,400 m.a.s.l) overnight camping
Day 8: Trekking Day 2: Inca frozen pass or condor pass, Inca canal, Pauccar Cancha (3,300 - 5,100 m.a.s.l)
Day 9: Trekking Day 3: llactapata, Ollantaytambo, Aguas Calientes (2,700 - 3,300 m.a.s.l)
Day 10: Machu Picchu tour, return to Cusco (3400 m.a.s.l)
Day 11: Final day in Cusco, free time and 7 PM farewell dinner + reflections (3400 m.a.s.l)
