Nepal Flood Relief X Dhaulagiri Trek: Rebuilding for a Brighter Future
In the aftermath of the devastating floods that impacted Nepal, Trek Relief’s team recently completed a vital project to restore a flood-damaged classroom in the remote village of Khavre. Despite the challenges posed by the flood’s destruction, which left the classroom buried under mud, rocks, and fallen tree trunks, the school continued to operate, serving 91 resilient students. Many of these children had already suffered the loss of their homes and loved ones.

Trekking with Purpose: A Unique Experience
After the project work, the team had the opportunity to explore the Annapurnas, experiencing some of the most breathtaking mountain views and cultural landscapes from Khopra Ridge. The journey combined exploration with meaningful community service, leaving participants with a deeper connection to the region and a strong desire to return for future programs.
